The "Hi-Tech to fight malnutrition" project is now fully operational.
In the past few weeks, the first 13 stations have been activated to collect children's anthropometric data, in order to promptly identify malnutrition cases in the municipality of Loul Sessène, Senegal, and to treat them properly.
Daniela, Rocco and Bineta, NutriAid International staff in Senegal, travel to the villages to deliver stadiometers, scales, MUAC bands and data recording cards.
They are welcomed by the nurses in charge of health centres, community health agents and village leaders.
It is only through the early detection of cases of malnutrition that we can work towards the sustainable development goal of ZERO HUNGER!
