In recent days, the project "Sardinegal - Improving the Food Security of the Fishing Industry in Joal Fadiouth" was officially launched in the presence of local authorities from the municipality of Joal, the project manager, the Senegal country representative for NutriAid and project partners.
The event saw a strong involvement of the women workers of the Joal port, who are among the benefeciaries of the activities that NutriAid will implement in the country over the next three years.
The project is funded by the Italian Presidency of the Coucil of Ministers through the 8x1000 IRPEF contribution.
Best of luck to the team in Senegal for the start of this important project, which once again will enable NutriAid and all of you to stand by the side of mothers and children in the fight against hunger.
