📍Senegal, Loul Sessène - Behind the scenes of the construction site: everything is going according to plan
As part of a project, field monitoring represents an important activity to ensure its effectiveness. Recently, our team conducted a monitoring visit to the ongoing Pediatrics construction site, noting with satisfaction the progress of the works.
The inspection made it possible to verify not only the technical quality of the works, but also the correct strategic direction of the intervention. Specifically, the monitoring highlighted:
- Alignment with planning: construction timelines are in line with the set deadlines;
- Technical consistency: building activities respond precisely to the technical and healthcare priorities of the project;
- Intersectoral coordination: an excellent synergy emerged between the construction workforce and the medical team, an essential dynamic to ensure that the spaces are perfectly functional for future healthcare activities
This synergistic coordination between the technical and healthcare components brings us significantly closer to the final goal: ensuring a future of care and possibilities for children.
