Construction of the new pediatric facility is progressing through key activities that are increasingly defining the layout and functionality of the future unit.
In recent weeks, several important works have been completed:
- internal plastering of walls and ceilings across all areas;
- preparation of roof slab slopes, required for the subsequent waterproofing of the structure;
- construction of external window frames.
These are essential technical interventions, ensuring the building’s quality, safety, and long-term durability, and laying the groundwork for a facility suitable for pediatric care.

FONDAZIONE PROSOLIDAR ENTE FILANTROPICO ETS is an organization established within the credit sector to implement socially relevant solidarity projects, both in Italy and abroad, promoting social justice, inclusion, and sustainable development. It brings together, on an equal footing, all labor unions in the sector (through their National Secretariats), as well as, on the employer side, the Italian Banking Association and all affiliated companies. It is the first and, to date, the only international example of an entity created by both parties within a national collective labor agreement and funded through “match-gifting,” meaning the contribution is shared equally between workers and companies.
