On November 20, we celebrate the International Day for Children and Adolescents, commemorating the day in 1959 when the United Nations General Assembly adopted the Declaration of the Rights of the Child.
NutriAid works every day alongside children in the fight against hunger, with the aim of realizing what is stated in Article 4 of the Declaration:
(The child) must be able to grow and develop in a healthy way. To this end, the child and the mother must be ensured adequate medical care and social protections, especially during the period before and after birth. The child has the right to food, shelter, recreation, and adequate medical care.
